Motorcycle Auctions Las Vegas Style!
Like we needed an excuse to visit Las Vegas! But we had a great one, this year for the first time the giant MidAmerica Motorcycle Auction was joined by a competing first time Bonhams Auction across town. The result was a HUGE showing of outstanding collector and riding motorcycles, including the largest group of early 1900's bikes we have ever seen for sale. Join us for a weekend in Vegas, this time what happened in Vegas won't stay there at all.....

This 1929 Harley Peashooter, named for the popping sounds their exhaust makes, had beautiful original patina as a result of being virtually untouched from the day it left the factory. With well documented history, it brought $100,000, plus the 17.5% auction premium Bonhams charged, but that was well under the estimated hammer price of $125,000 - $150,000.
