Chris Loung and his 2003 749S. This is what he wrote on his entry: This bike started out as a 2003 Red 749S. Since I bought it home, it has undergone a huge transformation. This bike is still an ongoing evolution and I just don't know when it will ever stop. Even from last year here at Laguna Seca the bike is a bit different. Motor: Transplanted a race motor from a 749R, DP slipper clutch, Samco Silicone Hoses,Termignoni Slip-on Exhaust - ceramic coated black. Chassis: AMS fully adjustable Triple Clamps, Ohlins R/T forks with SBK valveing, Ohlins triple clicker rear shock, Moto Corse lightweight Subframe, Replaced swingarm with one from a 749R, BST Carbon Fibre wheels, Alth full floating Brake Rotors, Brembo Monobloc Radial calipers, Brembo Billet brake and clutch Master Cylinders, Clip-ons with Carbon Fibre Handlebars, Acculign Rearsets with GP shift lever Body: All bodywork is Carbon Fibre: New paint for this year, ETI Carbon Kevlar composite Fuelcell Misc.: HID Lighting Hi/Lo beam, Video Camera up front - to record friends at trackdays, One-off front fairing bracket for headlight/camera setup, Gilles Chain Adjusters What's Next? We'll see, but I think my wallet is hoping I don't come up with any more ideas!
