They're Off! And the sound track of the weekend begins....
The event attracts a lot of interesting and eclectic bikes, like this 851 (and this generally also means eclectic and interesting people). An added bonus is the music these bikes make. If there is a better sounding machine than an early 4 valve with period correct pipes on it, I have yet to encounter it!
There was some sort of mileage run going on (I didn't get the details) but there were a couple of diesel powered bikes and three of the Craig Vetter fuel challenge machines.
First, the obvious - see how Jake Zemke and Ducshop are doing. This is a non factory team reeling in some factory looking results that appreciates the support
