Welcome to Mid-Ohio. Weren't we just here??? 2006 is the first year of a 5 year contact for a fall "shoot out" style season finale, in addition to the regular late July event. It also meant the final race for the Parts Unlimited Ducati team of Ben Bostrom and Neil Hodgson. It was an interesting weekend.

Desmohio DOC Ducati owners club. That's Terry on the left, she baked the cupcakes and they were every bit as good as they look. Desmohio is just one of the many great owners clubs that get involved weekend after weekend. What a great group of folks.

Neil Hodgson. World Champion, great guy and rider of the Parts Unlimited Ducati for the last time this weekend.

Ben Bostrom. World famous, well liked and fast. This is also his last weekend on the Parts Unlimited Ducati.

Friday pitlane. The weekend kicked off with concerns about the schedule, the format and the weather. It resulted in the most drama filled weekend I have ever seen.
