"It's for the kids." Every year in the city where I live the local bikers clubs all get together to raise money for the kids. If you have the time and money to participate in the three day package you get a chance to have a great time but more importantly you get to see what those words really mean. The weekend starts at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino. The Seminole tribe is a big supporter of the event as are many of the business's in the community. First you check in and pick up your tickets and goodie bags, then a quick briefing by the local police who provide the escorts of the group all weekend, and we're off!
Each biker brings a new, unwrapped toy. They collect them at the park on Sunday, this one is along for the ride all weekend.

Some of the riders travel great distances to attend. This couple is from Canada and New Hampshire.
First stop is the newest campus of the Boy's and Girls Club. Built entirely with donations raised through events like this one it teaches kids the basics for a job in the marine industry, one of South Florida's most important industry's.
